Where to Stay?
We’ve intentionally decided not to do a traditional hotel block. We know many of you are traveling in groups, turning the wedding into a longer trip, or making a vacation out of your time in Mexico City, and we love that.
We recommend staying in Roma Norte, Condesa, or Juárez — all three put you in a great location for the wedding weekend and are some of our favorite areas to experience Mexico City. They’re walkable, full of incredible restaurants, cafés, bars, parks, and shops, and make a great home base for exploring the city.
One of the best parts of CDMX is the incredible selection of boutique hotels, beautiful Airbnbs, and unique places to stay tucked throughout its neighborhoods. Rather than putting everyone in one large chain hotel, we’d love for you to find a spot that lets you experience a little more of the city while you’re here.
We’ve put together a map below with hotels, Airbnbs, and recommended areas at a range of price points to help get you started. These are suggestions, not requirements, so find the place that works best for your group and your trip.

Getting Around
Walk When You Can
One of the best ways to experience Mexico City is on foot. Roma Norte, Condesa, and Juárez are especially walkable, and you’ll find plenty to see, eat, and drink along the way.
Traffic in CDMX is no joke, so for shorter distances, walking can genuinely be faster than getting in a car. As you would in any major city, stay aware of your surroundings, and we recommend taking a car rather than walking alone late at night.
Uber
Uber is widely available throughout the city and is generally the easiest option when your destination is too far to walk.
One local tip: Uber’s entry-level option in Mexico City can be a little more basic than what you may be used to in the U.S. We recommend selecting Comfort or higher when available — it’s typically still very reasonably priced and tends to offer a more comfortable ride.
And give yourself extra time! A drive that looks quick on a map can take considerably longer depending on traffic.
Wedding Transportation
We’ve got your wedding-day transportation covered! We’ll be providing Uber vouchers for guests to use to and from the wedding at General Prim 30.
Outside of the wedding itself, you’ll be free to explore the city however you like — and there’s absolutely no need to rent a car.
